BIOGRAPHY
Elizabeth A. Donovan’s practice consists primarily of complex civil litigation with an emphasis in commercial disputes. Ms. Donovan also advises her clients on general business matters including, entity selection and formation; corporate governance; intellectual property protection; licensing; commercial lease agreements; and other business contracts. Ms. Donovan also has experience in construction actions, personal injury, and other general civil litigation.
Ms. Donovan was admitted to the California Bar in 2001. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1998, and her law degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles in 2001. While in law school, she was awarded the Henry Yuen fellowship for Internet law and Technology. Ms. Donovan is a member of the State Bar of California, the San Diego County Bar Association, the Association of Business Trial Lawyers, and the American Inn of Court, Welsh Chapter.
